    The following policies govern the Jefferson Public Library: circulation, collection development, conduct, facilities and equipment, internet & computer use, and personnel.  All policies are approved by the Library Board of Trustees and are reviewed every three years or revised as needed.  All policies are available to the public at the circulation desks and on the library's website.
