About the Library Director

Meet Jane Millard, our library director.

Jane Millard has worked at the Jefferson Public Library since 1989, serving as director since 2000.  Jane graduated from Jefferson High School, attended Graceland College in Lamoni, Iowa and holds a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University in Ames.  She is certified as a Public Librarian in the State of Iowa.
