Borrow from another library

Our library is connected to other libraries throughout the state and nation. If you can't find an item in this library, ask library staff to help you get it from another library.

The library belongs to a national computer network that allows us to borrow items for you from across the country.  Both books and magazine articles may be requested.  There is a  $2.00 charge per book borrowed through the inter-library loan program to help defray postage costs.  Also, if you do not pick up an inter-library loan book that has been ordered for you, there will be a $2.00 fine.  Approximately 1000 items are borrowed each year with this service.
